Notice of potential change to District Water Rates
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the Cherokee Ridge Estates Metropolitan District may consider an increase in fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water services; specifically, the potential adoption of penalties for the failure of a customer to repair known water leaks, at a public meeting of the Board of Directors for the Cherokee Ridge Estates Metropolitan District to be held at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of November, 2024. The meeting will be held at 5660 Aspen Leaf Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80125.
